For sale is my Sony KDL-40CX523 40" LCD TV which ha solely been used in the spare room for the Xbox. It saw very little use and has always been wall mounted. I can not see any marks/scratches/imperfections. It comes with the original packaging, stand, documentation and the remote control. I can include a HDMI cable if needed. I bought this TV on 14th October 2011 so it therefore has the remainder of the warranty. I will also include a good quality tilt wall mount which I used with the TV. This is made of thick steel and also has a spirit level so you know if this is level. This held the TV firmly on my plaster board wall in conjunction with anchor wall bolts. This TV received a 5 star award from whathifi. It has built in BBC iPlayer amongst other Sony TV features as well as Freeview HD. Collection only, I will not post.

Manual clearly states what replacement lamp is needed and how to replace this. TV has built in Freeview. and is HD Ready. TV will come with a remote control, original fitted TV stand and the original manual. Once lamp has been replaced the TV will be of a high quality. Very good television and the lamps do tend to last quite a long time depending on how much you use the television. The old lamp lasted 5 years. The back of the TV is rather big/wide.
